Grown in the southern slopes of Hawai’i, Ka’ū is home to some of the best tasting coffees we’ve had on the Islands. The light rainfall, nutrient-rich, volcanic soil and high elevation create the perfect conditions for coffee to grow.

The result is full-bodied, plush, and vibrant cup with flavors of dark chocolate and brown sugar.  Though syrupy when sipping, this coffee finishes clean.

To make the most out of our exceptional coffee, use fresh filtered water. Coffee should be stored in an airtight bag and kept in a cool, dark place or stored into a freezer. Coffee should avoid air, light and moisture. 

We recommend 1 tablespoon ground coffee for each 6oz of water. 

 Note: All orders placed under ground will be ground to "Auto-Drip" unless otherwise specified
