We will ship your orders on Monday and Friday after we receive payment confirmation. We will notify you via email prior to shipping your merchandise.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship via FedEX/UPS/USPS with insurance and delivery confirmation at no extra cost to you. You should receive your package within 4-6 business days.
Depending on circumstance, we may ship your order through a different carrier than selected. Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual.

Island Vintage Coffee is not responsible for duties, taxes or other additional fees related to international shipments. Depending on circumstance, we may ship your order through a different carrier than selected. Due to COVID-19, shipping may take longer than usual.
Regarding products damaged during shipping, please return them to us with your packing slip within 21 days of your purchase. Your order will be exchanged or refunded. For more assistance please email us at email@example.com.
Orders must be returned within 21 days from the time of purchase. We are unable to process returns for a refund or exchange after this 21 day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If the package is returned to Island Vintage Coffee due to a delivery issue (such as the buyer providing the wrong address, delivery complications, etc), or any other returns that are not related to product issues (such as ordering the wrong items), we will issue a refund of the cost of the item and withhold the shipping cost up to the amount the buyer or Island Vintage Coffee paid for shipping, including shipping promotion period.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you received them. We do not offer exchanges for damage that occurs after the item is received.
