At Island Vintage Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
Items must be returned within 21 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
We are unable to process returns or exchanges after the 21-day period.
To request a return, please sign in to your account and submit a return request from your order history, or contact us at support@islandvintagecoffee.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@islandvintagecoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please do not contact the carrier directly to initiate or negotiate a damage claim. Any carrier claims must be coordinated through Island Vintage Coffee. We are not responsible for claim settlements or additional charges resulting from claims filed directly by the customer with the carrier without our prior involvement.
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for damage that occurs after the item has been delivered and accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@islandvintagecoffee.com and send your item to:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
- If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue (e.g., incorrect address provided by the buyer, failed delivery attempts, or any reason unrelated to a product issue), we will refund the cost of the item only. Shipping costs, including any shipping promotions applied at the time of purchase, will not be refunded.
Address Changes After Shipment
If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped, please be aware that carriers such as FedEx may charge an address correction or redirect fee. Any fees incurred as a result of an address change after shipment are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed accordingly.
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase to avoid any additional charges.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at support@islandvintagecoffee.com with your name and order details. We will send you a confirmation of your withdrawal request by email.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item(s) within 14 days. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund of the product price and standard outbound shipping cost to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or error on our part.
- Opened food products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned. This applies to all opened coffee products.
- Unopened, sealed products remain eligible for withdrawal within the 14-day period.
Privacy & Security
At Island Vintage Coffee, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to anyone. Contact information will not be shared without prior notification, and only rarely with nationally recognized, trusted partner organizations.
All information including names, addresses, and payment details is kept confidential and encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We utilize appropriate physical, electronic, and operational safeguards to protect all information collected from online transactions.
