Thank you for shopping with Island Vintage Coffee. Please review our shipping policy below.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We ship via FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Destination Estimated Delivery
Hawaii (Domestic) 3– 5 business days
Continental US 3– 7 business days
International 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly on the FedEx website at fedex.com.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Island Vintage Coffee is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. Any address correction fees charged by the carrier after shipment are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@islandvintagecoffee.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please do not contact the carrier directly — all claims must be coordinated through Island Vintage Coffee.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will issue a partial refund for the cost of the item only.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by Island Vintage Coffee will be deducted from your refund.
