Grown in the southern slopes of Hawai’i, coffee from Ka’ū is some of the best the islands have to offer. The light rainfall, nutrient-rich, volcanic soil and high elevation create the perfect conditions for coffee to grow. The result is full-bodied, plush, and vibrant cup with flavors of dark chocolate and brown sugar. Though syrupy when sipping, this coffee finishes clean.

To make the most out of our exceptional coffee, use fresh filtered water. Coffee should be stored in an airtight bag and kept in a cool, dark place or stored into a freezer. Coffee should avoid air, light and moisture. 

We recommend 2 tablespoons ground coffee per each 6 ounces of water.

 Note: All orders placed under ground will be ground to "Auto-Drip" unless otherwise specified
